The Kayak Coach | Canoeing & Kayak Lessons
Welcome to The Kayak Coach online website. The Kayak Coach specialises in running various canoeing & kayaking courses and lessons. We also offer bespoke one to one coaching sessions and group sessions for birthday parties stag or hen parties or social groups. The Kayak Coach operates throughout Sussex & Surrey and are happy to travel to customers local waters to run sessions. The Kayak Coach are happy to provide training & instruction for all types of kayaks including sit-on-tops, touring, whitewater, surf & sea kayaks.
All The Kayak Coach instructors are BCU affiliated & qualified and have first aid training as well as CRB checks. Throughout the year we run a number of the BCU star award courses - See our Courses section of the website for full details of the BCU & other course we offer.
The Kayak Coach currently provide weekly kayak lessons for a number of Sussex & Surrey based schools. If your school has a swimming pool or lake The Kayak Coach is able to supply all the neccessary equipment and instructors to run kayak lessons on site.

The Kayak Coach recommends that all those who own their own kayak/canoe consider joining the British Canoe Union (BCU). The BCU are the governing body of paddle sports in the UK and membership includes licences to various inland waterways as well as insurance, magazine and access to a wealth of information on the sport.

Just a quick note to say how much fun and knowledge we gained from Sundays sea fishing experience me and Lorraine had. We took our freshly caught mackerel round to my sisters and put the fillets in our new fish smoker and they were lovely (Hugh would have been proud!!).
